A Fourteen Day Tour in Sri Lanka

On this fourteen day tour in Sri Lanka we will visit you in four provinces of Sri
Lanka and stay in luxury tourist hotels in the districts of Kandy, Dambulla,

 Day 01- Colombo Airport to Pinnawala
 We will take you to a Pinnawala tourist hotel for the first night. On arrival at the
airport you will be met by our representative who will pick you up after a two hours
drive to Pinnawala and on the first day you will be accommodated in a tourist hotel
near the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. There you will be given space to spend
time relaxing and you will be served dinner.
 Day 02 – Visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage and drive from Pinnawala to
Kandy and overnight in Kandy city.
 After breakfast you can leave to visit the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage and from
nine in the morning to 11 in the morning you can engage in activities related to the
elephant orphanage for about two hours and during this time you can see milking of
the baby elephants and the bathing scenes outside the elephant herd in the river.
Photos can be taken and for this you have to pay the ticket fees issued by the
government.
 ••Optional- As per your requirement you can engage in activities like bathing
elephants and riding on their backs for which you have to pay separate ticket fees.
 After Pinnawala activities we will take you to Kandy city and on the way to you can
visit some Tea factories. The travel time is about one and a half hours. According to
your needs, you can have lunch before or after going to Kandy city and after lunch

you can go to see Sri Dalada Palace, which is like a Buddhist crown. In the evening,
you can witness a cultural show that showcases Sri Lankan culture and pride. You
have to pay the ticket fees for this.
 At the end of the second day's activities, you will be accommodated in a star class
tourist hotel in the city of Kandy, where you can spend time relaxing after dinner.
 Day 03/04 – Travel from Kandy to Habarana via Dambulla and spend two
days there.
 After breakfast, depart from Kandy city and drive to Habarana via Dambulla and
there is a chance to see the Rangiri Dambullu temple in the middle of the route.
Then arriving in Dambulla city, you will be allowed to have lunch there and then
you will be accommodated in a beautiful tourist hotel near Sigiriya. There you can
spend time relaxing and dinner is also provided by the same hotel. **Here we are
making a humble request to go to bed early at night because you have to wake up
the next day early morning.
 Next day morning 05:00 am we will take you Pidurangala rock to climb and enjoy
the sunrise (Entrance fee to rock climb is LKR 500 ($ 2) per person which should be
paid by visitor) It is optional to take Hot air balloon facilities to go to the top of the
rock. This facility is seasonal and it will be available between March to August every
year with paid service. After that scene, come back to the hotel and after having
breakfast, we will take you out of the hotel before noon and start the village ride in
a rural environment near Sigiriya, where we will serve you a lunch with a traditional
Sri Lankan recipe. After that at around 3 pm start climbing the Sigiriya rock where
you will be allowed to witness the breathtaking sunset view. After that we will take
you to a beautiful tourist hotel in Habarana to spend the last night. There you can
have dinner and relax for a while. The reason for that is because you have to wake
up early the next morning.
 Day 05 – Participating in Habarana wild safari and then departure to
Polonnaruwa
 The next morning at around 5:30 am we will take you to experience wild safari
where you will be provided with breakfast as a pack by the hotel. After finshing wild
safari, you will arrive at the hotel, freshen up and check out the hotel before noon.
 After that we will drive you from Habarana to Polonnaruwa and this will take about
2 hours. Lunch will be taken in Polonnaruwa town after which you will be taken to
visit the archaeological conservation areas located in Polonnaruwa. After visiting
them, we will lodge you in a beautiful tourist hotel at Polonnaruwa city in the
evening.
 Day 06/07 – Spend two relaxing days in Pasikuda
 Next day after breakfast we will take you from Polonnaruwa to Pasikuda and for this
you have to leave before noon.
 Coming to Pasikuda, you can have lunch there and then we will take you to a very
attractive tourist hotel there. There you will have the opportunity to spend two

relaxing days enjoying the beauty of Pasikuda beach which is very calm beach
amongst the Sri Lankan beaches
 Day 08/09/10 – Trincomalee City Tour and Nilaveli Seaside Relaxation
 After breakfast you will be taken from Pasikuda to Trincomalee. There you can first
worship at the Koneswaram temple.
 **The special thing to be said here is that this is the only city in the world where
people live in harmony with deer. Here you will have the opportunity to witness it
firsthand.
 After having lunch in Trincomalee city, we will take you to a beautiful and attractive
tourist hotel located near Nilaveli beach where you can relax and enjoy the beauty
of the beach. Then come back to the hotel and after having dinner there you can
spend time your time leisurely.
 Next day after breakfast we will take you to visit Pigeon Island where you can do
snorkelling and then come back tol and after freshen up have lunch and you will
have the opportunity to relax and have dinner at the same hotel.
 On the tenth day of the trip, the morning will be spent relaxing and after lunch we
will go for diving. After finishing activities of the same day return to the hotel and
have dinner and then relax.
 Date 11/12/13 – Arrive and spend time around Wanathavilluwa Hotel in
Wilpatthu National Park
 The next day after breakfast you will be taken from the hotel to Anuradhapura from
Trincomalee where you can see the Atamasthana which is one of the ancient ruins
in Sri Lanka. We provide you organic food in Anuradhapura city. In the evening we
will bring you to Wanathavilluwa Hotel where you can have dinner and relax.
 **While spending three days in the same hotel, you will have to get
breakfast, lunch and dinner at the same hotel and the reason for this is
that this hotel is located in a forest environment with a beautiful green
ecosystem and there are no other hotels or restaurants nearby. During
these three days, you will be lucky to do wild safari, night safari, camping,
boating, fishing, engaging in yoga exercises and spiritual wellness
activities.
 Day 14 – Drop you off at the Airport for our departure
 After breakfast we will take you to the airport which will take about three hours. If
time allows us you have the ability to visit few special places or to buy goods or
provide space as required during the arrival.
