A five day tour in Sri Lanka
Based on the three districts of Dambulla, Kandy and Colombo based on
Central Province and Western Province of Sri Lanka, you will visit
Habarana Wild Rides, Sigiriya, Pidurangala, Dambulla Raja Maha Vihara,
Kandy Dalada Palace, Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage and Sri Lanka's last
city Colombo. You will be taken on a tour of the locations.
For this tour, we will add luxury and ultra-luxury vehicles and a Sri Lanka
Tourism Board trained driver or guide with you on this tour according to
your needs to suit the number of your members.
Day 01 – Colombo to Habarana.
We welcome you to Bandaranaike International Airport and we will take you to the
Habarana area of Sri Lanka, which is rich in wild elephant population, and on the way
from the airport, we will take you past the cities of Kurunegala and Dambulla. After lunch
the safari starts around 03:30 PM and we will take you to one of the three places
Minneriya, Kaudulla or Kurulu park where you will be lucky enough to see Asian
elephants roaming around in large numbers in these three places.After the wild safari
you can return to the hotel and enjoy your dinner and spend some time at leisure.
Day 02 and Day 03 – Arrival from Habarana to Kandy and spend two
days in Kandy.
Habarana to Sigiriya
Sigiriya
The morning time is very appropriate to visit the Sigiriya Palace, which is a fort and royal
palace in the past, which is believed to have been created by the Kashyapa kings,
known as the 8th wonder of the world. After breakfast you will be brought from Habarana
to Sigiriya where you will have to pay the government ticket fees ($30). You will have to
spend about three hours to visit this place as you have to climb a rock of about 1200
feet.
Sigiriya to Dambulla
After visiting Sigiriya, you can have lunch in Dambulla town and you will have the
opportunity to visit Rangiri Dambullu Rajamaha Vihara.
Rangiri Dambulu Rajamaha Viharaya
It is said to have been created by King Walagamba, a great king during the past reign of
Sri Lanka, and a stone cave with cave drips, which was created to bury the dental relic,
and the natural air conditioning process that is like in an air-conditioned room, and very
clean ventilation, and even today. You can see a large number of preserved cave
paintings and Buddha statues during this tour. The temple is a tourist attraction for
Buddhists from home and abroad as well as people of other religions. Here also you
have to make payment for the tickets issued by the government.
After visiting Dambulu Vihara, we will take you to Sengkadagala town, which is
considered to be the last kingdom of Sri Lanka, a very beautiful and picturesque city of
Sri Lanka to spend two nights.
We will accommodate you in a hotel with very good facilities and we suggest you the city
of Kandy with a very comfortable climate for spending two nights.
Activities and places to see
*Peradeniya Botanical Garden. *Bhairava Kanda Rajamaha Temple. *Tea factory.
*Arthur C. Clark Initiation Center. *Mahanuvara Sri Dalada Palace. *Mahanuvara
cultural show with traditional dance elements.
After breakfast, you can visit the above mentioned places according to your need by
contacting our tour guide or driver and managing your time. Here you have to provide
the ticket fees and your lunch and from 8:00 am to 6 pm you have the ability to travel
and visit the places of your choice in the city of Kandy. After sightseeing you will be
brought back to the hotel for overnight stay where you will have dinner and next day
breakfast will be provided by the tourist hotel where you are staying.
Day 04 – Kandy to Colombo.
After breakfast you will be brought from Kandy to Colombo.

Entry tickets and other all paid activities to be paid by visitor.
The Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage was established by the Sri Lankan Department of
Wildlife Conservation in 1975 for feeding and providing care and sanctuary to orphaned
baby elephants that were found in the wild. The main site also has some restaurants and
refreshment stands, and management buildings including sleeping sheds and veterinary
facilities. The elephant bathing and viewing area along the Oya River is directly opposite
on the west side of the highway. It was planned for the facility to attract local and foreign
visitors, the income from which would help to maintain the orphanage.
The Pinnawala Orphanage has since become a tourist attraction in 1978. Visitors to the
park can view the care and daily routine of the elephants, such as bottle-feeding of
elephant calves, feeding of all other elephants, and bathing in the river.
After all the activities done can have lunch and move to Colombo
Fourth day night stay at hotel in Colombo. It is optional to enjoy the night life in Colombo like
night clubs/Casinos Etc.
Day 05
Colombo City tour and drop at BIA for departure.
